Toshiba is an international brand and also maintaining the standard in money but fails to maintain in parts. Recetly I purchased a laptop from a authorized dealer.
After 2 days I faced a problem regarding screen, the screen was very dim even the brightness reached too 100% also.
So, I went to shop simply he said go to service center. I asked him I took only two days back now, the product is not working properly. A small discussion with the shopkeeper.
Fin ally I said him you gave me the defected piece I spend 30k and I have to go to service center. In less than a week. On next day I went to service center here he asking that what happened why this screen is like this and keyboard also have some problem and problem in right hing also. Now he is asking me to show the bill he only saying that u purchased only two three days back.
Did laptop fell down?. No, I said him it’s not a mobile to carry with me I buyfor multimedia purpsose he also not saying correctly. So asked me to wait for 30 min and did check finally he concluded that I got defective piece I asked him to exchange the complete product. He refuses for it. The laptop has onee year warrenty through out the world so no problem u can visit as many times you need to here for repair. In india once u purchased a product means u have to use it. But in other countries there is a chance if u got a defect product means u can exchange or u can file a case and claim. But I n india completely customer headache. He asked me to come after 4 days. In the bill he showed 1. Right Hing 2. Screen 3. Keyboard. What a terrible experince from toshiba if u found any defective piece means u have to modify from there itself . why are u releasing that product into market and creating headaches to us
