The most horrible experience ever, Would never recommend a Toshiba appliance, buy entirely at your own risk. We bought the above fridge from Kohinoor on 18th March 2008. Never worked properly, nearly 14-15 visits by service engineers, but absolutely no improvement.
After we threatened to go to Consumer court, The sales person from Kohinoor intervened, initially they said they would get us a replacement, but last minute everyone backed out. The fridge was taken for 1.5 month, after which it worked for a few days, then back to the original performance.
We bought Toshiba because we had a very good experience with their products in the Gulf and HK, but this was seriously a disappointment. The product is out of warranty now, and I am left with a sub standard quality fridge which will never work properly. Would definitely never recommend Toshiba. you can write to me for copies of the service reports. I wonder if their quality has gone bad worldwide or are they selling junk to us Indian consumers. HORRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD.
