Toptomato was my first online grocery shopping experience in Bangalore - I ordered for my regular home needs on Wednesday afternoon and choose a delivery slot for Wednesday 9-11 pm. The site had great discounts on many products. At 8 in the evening, the toptomato guy called and confirmed that the order would be delivered within the next 45 mins. Just after 9 pm, the Toptomato delivery person was at my door.
My order was neatly packed and put in a box. Since I had ordered for a subscription (freq of 1 week) for some of my regularly required items - the delivery boy said they would be delivered every week to me.
Also, as a complimentary gift I received a box of chocolates and a handmade card - along with free delivery :)
Overall timely delivery, good packaging and great gifts :) Will order again!
