Interview and selection process - Okhla branch. Review on Toppr

Pros:

1. Called via consultancy

   
   




2. Asked to reach at 11.30 am for the interview by consultancy, but luckily I reached at sharp 10 am, then there were fewer candidates and as first come first serve basis, I was called for the first round as a second candidate.( Learning always reach a few hours earlier to save your time as at 12 pm more candidates increased).

   
   




3. Second round within 30 minutes after the first round was given as they ask for your video containing basic information about yourself and experiences along with why you want to join the company.( Given first time in the interview process).

   
   




4. HR contacts in 5 minutes of giving a second round and informs shortlisted need to share the soft copy of last organization details, she shared her proper company card which contains all details.

   
   




5. HR Informs to leave for the day in two hours and this is the first time interview was over in two hours as compared to prior companies which take the whole day.

   
   




6. Within 24 hours forwarded the softcopy to HR as requested.

   
   




7. Got offer letter containing all the details along with document submission date along with joining date as shortlisted.

   
   




8. Submitted document in less than 60 minutes as all documents prepared correctly as per the checklist they asked and showed originally.

   
   




9. Got offer letter in 48 hours.

   
   

Cons:

1. No sitting arrangement if many candidates are called at one time.

   
   




2. Reception is at the top where the candidate makes the entry instead of in front of the HR room to make them aware interviewee has reached and waiting for the interview.
