With no doubt.one of the oldest thing we use even now is topaz blades.but instead of shaving its being used for slide making, cutting nails etc.
As the technologies are increasing day by day pre ready razor blades are occupying and overtaking the market of shaving.!
The are some problems with topaz blades.
Well talking about its stainless steel material.
I dont think its pure.beacause after being in a moisturous enviroment for more than 48 to 72 hours rust began to appear on topaz.
Moreover after using it.its sharpness decreases rapidly.
Another problem is that the blade is too much flexible and too much flexibility with these kind of sharpy things is not at all good.
Seceral other issues like insipte of being universal, there are some razors in which topaz blade cannot fit perfectly.
Senstivity issues are also observed.rashes, itching and skin problems are also there.
Topaz blade is being used by barbers in majority.
While a normal person prefers other razor blades over topaz now adays.
So my suggestion is to use topaz after some improvement by the company.
