Top N Town is an ice cream parlor in vile parle east and the ambiance of the ice parlor is quite good with 8 to 10 seats inside the ice cream parlor.
Proper cleanliness is maintained in the parlor and the the person who serves the ice cream maintains proper hygiene by wearing plastic gloves in the hand and a plastic cap on the head.
Now the rates of the ice cream is average compared to other ice cream parlor in the area. In top n town you will get different flavors ice cream and it also has soda and milk shakes. The taste of the ice cream is very good especially the chocolate fudge brownie scoop its just brilliant. I overall had a good time in top n town.
