Holidays are the best time to plan trips. And summer holiday trips are the best decision to escape the scorching heat of Delhi.
Me and my family planned a Europe trip during this summer. Chose Thomas Cook as our tour operator. This is not our first trip to abroad but it was our first experience with this tour operator.
Experienced few pre-tour problems but overall experience came out to be good. They provided Us with real good hotels without charging anything extra inspite of UEFA being conducted this year, we weren't troubled and was taken well care of.
A good tour manager is important for any tour. Who has a good knowledge about the area and is patient with his customers.
Our tour manager Mr. Ravi Potdar had all these qualities. Added quality was he took good care of each and every member of the group whether young or old. Managing a group of 45 people is a tedious job but he managed that very well. He performed his job with an excellence.
