My earlier review about Tolexo was on 29th June 2015. I thought they would have put their act together. But in fact my experience has worsened. Placed another order for 2 items on 25th July vide order # TOD101005660 and TOD101005681.
No item recieved till writing this post. It is now 13 days. In this age and time can some one wait for 2 weeks for online orders to arrive in delhi city.
I have had numerous discussions with customer service people. They have no clue of what is going on.
A few examples to show how pathetic is the organisation:
They do not know whether payment has been made or not! Customer service asked me instead!
They do not know if the items have reached their warehouse! Customer service person said many times false inventory shows whereas actual product is not there.
Another customer service person said " you have not ordered for a T-Shirt which you expect will reach you in a few days. Your have ordered for industrial product and it takes time for those to reach."
Emails remain unanswered. Telephone helpline is down many a time. If a reply to your email comes it is a system generated mail. Do not expect any action.
My last order of 29th june in which I had a refund of 106 rupees is yet to come.
I can see lot of suspicious / generic comments giving high ratings to Tolexo on MouthShut.com. Beware of such fakes. And you would see most of them have just one review under their belt. That of Tolexo.
If I will buy again from Tolexo? Probably not. You take your call.
