Irresponsible Owner of Tolexo & their Management. Review on Tolexo

As per my last review which I have added below.The whole team of Tolexo is wasting time and money of the consumer. I kindly Request you not to Buy any product from Tolexo.

Its almost 1 month and 15 days that I am still Receiving the refund from Tolexo. They still giving silly excuses of the banking Issue.I have already given them my bank account number by mailing them.  Please friends please read the review of the Tolexo before Buying.

I have wasted my money by continuously calling them when asked regarding refund they r still giving me time in 24 hrs, 48hrs you get refund. I asked the operation head of tolexo Sushant Roy he is not giving satisfying answer.I also requested him if not possible from your side then give your superior mail of contact number.He was teaching me abt protocol and all other things.I told him its not your money I have gained with hard work.

the refund policy is also taking so much time. please friends think about about buying from tolexo for not for 1-2 times but think for 100 times I would say Hi everyone I Pratik Dhas from Navi mumbai and I want everyone to tell that Please dont buy any product from Tolexo Online Portal Because they Sell very poor quality product

I have ordered an pair safety shoe from their web site.The delivery of the product they mentioned was 2 days.I have ordered on 5 May2015. And  I received it on 12 May, it took 7 days to reach at .I have ordered an safety shoe and it was defective.I immediately contacted them and also mailed them the picture of the shoe on website and received product there were many chemical solution drops on shoe, Uneven stitches on the tongue of the shoe, mismatch of the colour as shown on website, etc

So I will personally suggest u not to buy anything from TOLEXO online portal. sorry friends the picture size doesn't fit in the attachment.
