# Plot: In this movie Akshay Kumar had an affair with Sana Khan(Mallika). One day Sana Khan get married to someone and the same way Akshay Kumar had to get married with a buffalo(also named Mallika) to reduce a kind of Dosha but his father gave him a condition to get married with a girls with two thumbs.
Akhshay Kumar has a cycle shop. His brother Divyendu Sharma was much supportive towards Akshay Kumar. One day they were going by the train and there they met Bhumi Pednekar. In their first meeting they has some arguments. Later on Akshay Kumar and Divyendu went to deliver a bicycle in a house but by mistake they took man's model rather than female's model due to which they had an argument with Bhumi's Father. While returning back from their house Akshay discovered that the house is of Bhumi so he get back to change the bicycle to change with the female model but Bhumi refuses to change it as she believed that there is no such issue in driving such bicycle. Here Bhumi's family has his mother, father and Kakka(Anupam Kher). Anupam Kher is die hard fan of Sunny Leone. Bhumi's family is open minded.
Soon Akshay fall in love with Bhumi and soon starts following her. He also came to know that she is topper and is pursuing BCA. She captures many of her photographs and add to the advertisement of his bicycle. When Bhumi come to know she gets angry on Akshay and ask him to remove her poster from entire town but Akshay say that this has increased the sales of his bicycles as well as that has made Bhumi a role model for other girls. Bhumi agree with that and eventually fall in love with Akshay. One day Akshay went to Bhumi's house to meet his family and they got agree for their marriage. Then Akshay told her the condition of marriage that his Father will be agreed for a girl with two thumbs only. So they both go for a fake thumb manufactured of plastic. Akshay portray a story in front of his father to convince him to get married with a girl(Bhumi) who met him accidentally. His father trusted his story and agrees for their marriage. They both get married.
The very next morning Bhumi come to know that they don't have a toilet in their house and was very angry on him. But still went with the group of other women(group named as lota party) for the open excretion but their she refuses to do the same. Next day Akshay took her to Pradhan's house with an excuse that she is newly married so that she can use the toilet constructed in their house. From next day they daily went to a train that stops at their Railway station so that Bhumi can use the toilet of train. But one day she was stuck in the train's toilet and while she came out the train start moving. Then she refused to came back until there will be a toilet.
Akshay try to convince his father for it but he refuses as it goes against their religious believes. Akshay had also tried to steal the toilet placed at movie site and was imprisoned for that but later on Bhumi and Film director set him free. Akshay raise the same issue in front of the panchayat but there also everyone refuses for toilets in their area. So pradhan asked him to meet the officer with this case. There Bhumi discovered that there is a toilet scam in which many offices and ministers are involved. She gather the proof and handed it over to Akshay to present in front of the officer. Officer told him that they were ready to construct toilet in their area but people opposed that. Then there was a long drama for the approval of Toilets. But they were not getting any success.
Akshay tried to construct a toilet in their house but his father and Sarpanch asked other man to demolish it. So one day Bhumi suggested Akshay to raise the issue by taking divorce for not having a toilet and Akshay agreed for it, Bhumi's father and kakka also supported Bhumi. The issue reached media. Much of the politics was also played over it but still no success. One day one A politician asked to lock all the toilets in the offices so that officers understand the importance of toilet and sign the pending file for the approval of toilets. Before a day of their divorce all the women of raised heir voice for the toilet and went to court for file in the divorce case as Bhumi did.
Meanwhile Akshay's grandmother slipped and was injured and she asked Akshay's father to take her to the toilet which Akshay has constructed for excretion. Unwilling Akshay's father took her to the toilet in realized the importance of it. There in front of the judge the approval of the toilet construction came which as the reason for their divorce as a result their divorce was rejected. Finally Akshay's father apologize for his behavior and welcomes Bhumi back to their home.
# Songs: Hans mat pagli(Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal), Bakheda(Sunidhi Chauhan, Sukhwinder Singh), Gori tu latth(Sonu Nigam, Palak Muchhal), Subha ki train(Sachet Tandon, Parampara Thakur). All the songs are good to listen are suitable as per the story of this movie.
# Development: This movie is share some similarities with a true event in which a 19 years old girl Priyanka Bharti fled fer husband's home in 2012, when there was no toilet.
Before the end of the movie, credit was given to ANITA NARRE from Madhya Pradesh who refused to go back to her husband's home due to the lack of Toilet there.
# Best to watch with: Family and friends.
# Best part of the movie: When one of the minister ask to lock the toilets of offices for a week so that officers sign the file as soon as possible.

#Theater was not house full but still many people came to watch it. It has a massage for social up-liftment. It is a must watch movie.
