I bought a titan watch nearly a year ago, after around 10 months of use, one pin got broken. since I have got one year warranty, I took it to titan showroom, there started frustration for buying this kind of titan watch. and I felt like never to buy titan watch again. I took it to nearly more than 5 titan showrooms, they all said they don't have that pin. that pin is just worth 5rs.
But for that I nearly roamed for 40km throughout the city and back. but every showroom said the same problem. no pin, no pin. I really got frustrated a lot. and finally one showroom one guy after asking him & requesting him many times. he adjusted pin from somewhere free of cost. but finally what is realized is that customer care & staff are the worst for titan. so far I experienced.
