"Lord Of Seven Hills" attract sundry devotees.Elite middle class and even have nots. Just they go round ad round in finding exact place for information.Administration seems only interested in extracting donations. New Office ARP near Bus stand has 5 counters .
Recommendation letters arjitha seva counters/internet counter/e seva counters but no enquirer counter which is not seen any where. Staff manning these counters very lethargic spend 1 to 2 hours for lunch on the pretext of no room available on line. but oblige those local from thirupathi come with a small slipslike ATM print out immediately they get reservation for accommodation etc.
Those who are in charge need more active supervision to control these employees who got their bread and butterfrom piligrims pockets .I hope some body will make authorities look in to the hardship faced by general public.
Off late laghu darshan/maha laghu dharshan after noons a habit.Those who control que lines has no patience and treat the devotees very in human behavior This shows lack of supervisionas VIPs need attention and rest are sheeps to flock them in unruly manner.
