Hello Guys,
Last month I book the ticket for Tirupathi package from Bangalore, I checked many websites and finally I booked a package tour by ITDC.
I booked the tour with my family, it was a tour for me rather than a pilgrimage cost rs.1390 per person. This is include package A/C Volvo bus return with return journey from Tirupati to Bangalore.
They will pickup up location was different than I selected place I spent rs.90 in ola to reach they'r point. It was already delayed. Then I was shouted the driver they said there was some road blocked, so we could not reached. But the same road my ola driver was came to the next point.
They just themself changing the point without knowledge of passenger. Also they did not pre update us or did not called or sms to me. I was firs traded with they are services.
From the main bus stand they took again more than 45min to start the bus already delay. also the bus arrangement was not proper. First of all the sit was not cleanup properly also it was striking inside. I asked for room spray they could not provided me that also. And All the A/C private bus bu default provides atleast water bottle but they did provide any bottle.
On the middle of the road do not know what is the reason, unnessery the driver will stop the bus for sometimes. 2/3 times was happend.
So finally Bus was late as expected time to reach to Tirupati destination. So I was not satisfied with they are service. And I never command.
