I Mrs .Banumathi Mohan Salem aged 69 and my daughter went to Vaishnodevi yatra in TY on29/06/23.
I booked our return ticket from Jammu to Bengaluru via Ahmedabad by 10.50am to reach BNG by 5PM as in their itinerary drop time at Jammu is 9am. But BRUNDA advised me to reschedule the timings of the flight as it is not possible for TY teamto drop at airport by 9am. So I rescheduled the flight timings by losing RS.6000.Atlast on July 2 the TY Team dropped other 6 passengers in JAMMU AIRPORT before 9am. Because of TY misguidance I lost RS.6000 and my time I reached my home at Salem by 3am JULY 3RD.Moreover they took the pilgrimages list to go for shrine by DOLI and PONY through Whatsapp and personally. I thought they are arranging for DOLI and PONY .But nothing was done by them. There was high demand for DOLI and I paid RS.7500 for DOLI one way .Again loss of money. Thank god luckily we Yatris got tickets in Helicopter to return Katra. .Otherwise we have to pay heavily to DOLI and PONIWALAS.I am now demanding my loss from them . I am not satisfied with their service. and they are not informative .Except for accommodation their arrangements like TEMPO TRAVEL were poor in quality
