Frankly telling, I was not clear how to start the review. So I am making and Index:

What is Breathing? We inhale the air and exhale; this is what we know as breathing. Our breathing style and frequency directly affect our performance and quality of life. We shall learn how to breathe correctly. If not possible to practice it 100%, at least how breathe in a better way. Breathing is a subconscious activity and we inhale and exhale every 10-12 times in a minute without even thinking about it. And that's why we don't get all the benefits of breathing. Correct breathing gives all health benefits of absorbing oxygen. A relaxed person breathes deeply and slowly. A person who is tense, anxious, and aroused breathes in a rapid, shallow fashion or he has periods of breath holding.
Incorrect Breathing & its disadvantage: Don’t get benefit of inhaling Oxygen. Don’t feel stress free and fresh. May cause high disease like headache, high BP or heart problem You will feel more hungry and sleepy when Oxygen is lesser in your body.
Correct Breathing: Begin breathing, slowly, deeply. And start filling the chest. Your breath shall go into your chest and not in stomach. When your breathe goes into chest it enters into lungs. Only lungs are having organs which can take Oxygen into your blood. It helps to clean your blood. Lungs are the place where blood gets clean. There is a link between the breath and the mind. Control the breath, control the mind.
Advantage of Correct Breathing: 1 Slower Breathing helps calm an agitated state of mind. One can't enter a different mental state without changing the breath. 2 Breathe control helps to clear the mind and body which is very necessary for meditation. 3 Correct breathing helps to control the mind better. 4 Correct breathing provides sufficient Oxygen to body and that prevents heard attack and high BP. 5 Reduce weight and fat There are countless benefits….
Exercise: 1 Consciously check your breath, check where it goes, chest and stomach. This is the only way to correct your breathing style 2 Slow your breath as much as possible. To make it slow, concentrate of your breaths and it will automatically control its speed. 3 Get stand up, take your hand up and inhale breath. Take your hands down and exhale breath. Do it for 10 minutes twice in a day. 4 Watch the fastest hand which shows seconds in your watch for a minute at least once in 2 hour. It will make your breath calm. 6 Study all Pranayam’s - there are 5. This will correct the breathing.
Other opinion: There are other methods and theories like Diaphragmatic breathing & Tai Chi practice which is showing the other view. According to them, breath shall go to stomach and not chest.
