Here r the things u can do immediately to make sure u r safe & sound:

1. Always be aware of your surrounding.The more you pay attention, the less likely u r to be surprised.if something does happen & u r a witness, you'll be able to provide better information to law inforcment.

   
   




2. Limit your distraction.if u r focused solely on your phone & checking your msgs, u r not gonna notice of something or someone looks out of place.

   
   




3. Eye contact. Let others know that u see them and could identify them if need be.

   
   




4. Stand tall & keep your posture so that it represents authority.The less u look like a victim, the less likely someone will target u.

   
   

5.Don't worry about whether u r overreacting or overcausious.if u see something suspicious, make a call to the authority.
