Here I am sharing some tips on women safety. How she can protect herself, because today we are living in a increasingly violent society in which the fear of crime is present. In here personal safety become very important for everyone especially women, because in India it is a big concern. In India women are given most respected place the society from the ancient time.
But this is not our present now.if we see behind this. We will find many crime against at home, office, streets, etc. If you see last few crimes against women in India such as rape cases, acid attack, etc. Women safety has been in daubt.
Safety of womens matters a lot. At home or outside. The crime rate against women has been increased.in every city this situation is same women are not safe.
Here safty become a important thing.
Women should protect themselves from these.if anybody not protecting you.
Yeah I will stay some up today so it is very useful for women to protect themselve.
Number 1: awareness.
This is our first line defence. If we hear about Self defence we think not only kicking or blocking punches. true self-defense is to be aware about our surroundings. criminals primary target is some who's not aware about what happening around them.so please aware about your surroundings.
Number 2: take self defence training.
It is important to learn Self defence like women Self defence training program.
Number 3: escape from the location.
The situation may occur when Predator demands that you go with him.if your in car be inside, go to building, or escape from the situation as soon as possible.
Number 4: you can fight.
Unlikely a situation may occur you should fight for yourself. Here your self defence knowledge will help you to fight. It is important that you can fight and protect yourself. You have to rights that you can protect yourself by any how.
Number 5: always keep pepper spray.
This is your very helpful equipment that will keep you safe. This pepper spray is filled with chemicals that can nearly blind for some minute.that is enough to escape from the situation, but sometime it drawback because it only works on 15 to 20% of people.
Use your internet carefully, if you travel somewhere then choose a safe hotel to stay, keep SOS on.
