To start with working under a women is good as she is aware of what the problem is faced by another women .I am a male but understand what a women has a problems as have many female friends.
According to me a seller can be a women or a men but womens reading please take my personal advice ’’if u going to work in another city then bombay plz take care of urs, as a city like delhi or U.P are not very much safe for ladies ’’
Infact many companies try to avoid to send the women employees to other places but if u asked to go plz be with some one on whom u can trust .
Women can always a good manager but guys dont worry as ’’we’’ men make them the managers so womens are better manager
