I joined in May 2006, probably due to an invitation from my sister who is in the UK and who routinely earns form such surveys. The policy is that, when you gain 1,000 MarketPoints you can redeem it (U.S. Dollar at five (5) cents per MarketPoint). Your check is supposed to come 4-6 weeks from the date of redemption if you live within the United States, or 6-8 weeks if you live outside of the U.S.)(Information from : https://globaltestmarket.com/help.php#2).
I had attained 1000 points and had taken the steps to redeem. After a long time I find that no payment has come and when I approached them through the only way possible: https://globaltestmarket.com/contact.php, I got the following email: From:"Vladimir Nesterov via RT" <support-en@globaltestmarket.com>Dear Sir/ Madam, Please provide your confirmed and complete address so I can further investigate the matter.--

When I reply I get the following email: Do-Not-Reply" <devnull@globaltestmarket.com> Emails sent directly to support-en@globaltestmarket.com will not receive a response.
For assistance, please contact us(which takes me to https://globaltestmarket.com/contact.php). To date at least 7 such to and fro has been happening.
I would appreciate any suggestions if anyone else has had such experiences.
