I purchased a two wheeler in Shillong in 2005 when I was working there(Central govt. employee). Later I was transferred to Hyderanbad and I applied for NOC in Shillong in Dec 2008 . I came and joined in Hyderabd in Jan 2009. I did not receive my NOC till date. What should I do now to avoid problem from traffic police here.
Pls advice me because now I neither have my original RC(which I have submitted in Shillong) nor the NOC. I also heard that there is some exemption to central govt. employees who have transfer liabilities from one state to the other.
Please inform me about these details if some one knows them.
