I subscribed for their freedom plan which gives unlimited calling to US, Canada and one numner in India. During 1 month trail period, their services were really good. Voice clarity was clear, never faced connection breaks etc. All the trouble started when I decided to continue after the trail period. Out of the las t 2 months service, my phone did not work for almost 15 days every month. They provide a access code for a toll free number in case you are youtside of your home. This toll free number also did not work continiously for days apart from the above mentioned dates.
After sometime to my surprise, they sent me an email saying they have monitored suspicious activities on the phone and now onwars, my phone will not be unlimited. After 600 minutes per month, I have to pay 7 cents per min for the service that was promised to me as unlimited!! Crap!!
After complaining, they responded back after 10 days saying mail was sent by mistake. I did not use the phone since last 15 days, have requeted them to cancel the phone but again, no response.
Imagine paying for your phone which does not work and there is no one to complain to..!! What a nightmare. Their support phone lines are not reachable almost since last 1 month. Most of the time no one joins their chat support and your session will time out while you are still waiting for someone to hear you. If they join, u'll almost never get satisfactory answer.
The worst part is that you do not know who to cancel the service as there is no customer support to hear you but they will promptly keep charging your card every month.
I'm left with no other option but to cancel my credit card. Advise others not to get in this trap!! Bad service, unethical sales practices!!
