Like in every Indian household, oil is the integral part of cooking and it is used more than sufficiently in foods. But when it comes to carrying this food in lunch boxes, I was, every time, faced with a new challenge. I have bought and tried many air tight containers with rubber seals and flip-lock on their periphery, but cleaning out oil from them is yet another task to deal with daily.
Few years ago, while working in an office, I saw my colleagues carrying Tupperware lunch sets with them. I always knew about this product but never bought it as I found it to be bit expensive. Seeing how manageable it was to carry Indian food in these lunch sets and having a bag to keep them in, made me think to try it once. After buying one lunch set and using it for few days, I could see the difference between my old lunch boxes and Tupperware lunch set. No leakage of oil, proper sized boxes, food doesn’t go stale and what I like the most about them are their colour variants which I could not find in other lunch sets.
They are sometimes tedious to clean out as oil tends to stick on the lid but the container is easy to wash. Since then, my kitchen has been filled with Tupperware products, right from fridgemates, grains containers, oil containers, bottles, snack box, ice tray, etc and also that it maintains the freshness of the product stored in respective container. Helps in stroing dry food materials for a longer time without any worries.
It has been a wonderful experience using these products and I completely rely on it for my food materials and edibles.
