Is I have been a regular buyer of Tupperware and they had been earlier giving a very satisfactory service in terms of replacing the damaged products but it is not the same attitude now as they have started supplying inferior products and the quality has really gone down and there is no way we can approach the authorities.suggest we should stop buying the stuff.
I had bought a rice container from them and the lid got damaged, sent it for a replacement and what I have been supplied is a poor quality plastic bowl which is no where close to the quality of the box I had sent back.in terms of money too this is a cheaper material product. I feel cheated.
