Hi friends, I have to write this review to alert travellers who books Volvo Bus/Scania/ Mercedes Benz for travelling from Delhi to any of the hills station like Manali, Nainital, Katra etc. Please DO NOT BOOK your travel through website https://indiavolvobus.com(Address: G-4 Palika Place Near Rama Krishna Ashram Marg Metro Station, Panchkuian Road, New Delhi-1 Phone:+91 8588981008) Or or https://bookabus.co.in, https://volvobus.co.in; https://ebusindia.co.in(2155, Guru Arjun Nagar, Near Shadipur Metro Sta. Gate No-5, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008, Mobile No:+91 11 65000803, +91 8882601013, Mobile No - 91-9911197016, 9968766129) Why I am saying so because I personally booked my Delhi - Manali and Manali -Delhi Trips through these agencies and suffered a lot. They are simply agents who do no have any of their buses. They just book seats with low grade volvo buses and donot provide any facility e.g. water, blanket, Thai Rest etc. Once you pay them they misbehave and donot bother whether you are with family, old age person children etc. They just keep you waiting on road for 3-4 hours and will call you at their convenient time. They donot have control over buses. They will dump you in a low grade volvo which lacks basic amenities like water, blanket etc. When I travelled from Delhi to Manali during september, 2017 end, my scheduled time was 9. p.m. from Rama Krishna Ashram Metro, but I was requested to come by 6 p.m. citing some problem in the bus . we reached designated place by 5.45 p.m. and kept waiting till 9. p.m. After then we were moved to zhandewalan station and we were dumped in bus at around 9.30 p.m. This bus kept on collecting travellers and finally left vidhan sabha metro at 11 p.m. The driver was rude and was behaving badly with passenger. He stopped at different place at his sweet will and shouted on any question raised by passengers. He made us reached manali at 3. p.m. next day. whole day was gone with no amenity in bus. While returing I booked ticket from https://bookabus.co.in. I had to chase them frequently to know my bus details. They gave me some local number in Manali, who gave another number . Finally the person gave bus number and told that you search the bus on Private bus stand manali amongst 100-150 buses parked there. Finally we could search the bus and reached. The bus attendant did not know about our booking but he allowed us to sit till his agent comes to confirm. This bus also didnot have amenity like Water, Blanket, Thai rest etc. The driver in the bus kept the AC on even in cold weather and inspite to repeated request to switch it off. Every one was shivering in the bus with cold. He spent around one hour on Bhunter airport to pick the passengers and fill his complete seats. It took us 17 -18 hours to reach GT karnal By pass in Delhi. Whether you pay extra for scania, thai rest etc. does not bother them they will simply ask you to go in any bus they want. Highly unprofessional agents these are. My suggestion to travellers is to prefer using Himachal Tourism Buses and do not get trapped in hands of these cheaters and agents or book the bus directly with travel company owning the bus. whatever these agent will promise will never be fulfilled and you will have bitter experience.
