I have to travel a lot because my compary believes that travelling a lot is good for the employees mental health. I mean, isnt is useful to keep the employee busy in hectic travelling schedules so that he may end up dog tired at the end of the day and go to sleep without having enough time or energy to think of shifting to another company. Jokes apart, business travelling can be extremely tiresome and most of those who travel a lot feel exhausted and irritated from time to time. Now in this scenario if you fall ill or have a health problem, you are in trouble.
I always carry some medicines with me when I travel. It helps a lot. Medical treatment is expensive and you sometimes not exact. Moreover, visiting a doctor may be a cumbersome venture in a new city. So it helps to know your common ills and their remedy. Please note that the following tips are the outcome of my own experiences and you are free to add your experiences too in the comments.
