Sugar intake

We all love sweet, however, too much of sweet has an adverse affect on health. A diabetic person should at all time limit sugar intake to almost zero as sugar is contraindicated in such cases. During childhood we take adequate amount of sugar but as the age advances this intake should be limited as the cell gradually fails to accept much of carbohydrate(sugar). So, the equation goes as such, when age advances sugar intake decreases and less the age more or moderate sugar, they are inversely proportionate. However, a few person who develops diabetes in younger age, which is a genetic disorder, should avoid sugar at all time. So, in anyway much of sugar intake harms you sooner or later. If one sticks to fitness programme he or she can continue with sugar in moderate amount always. Do away with too much of sweetness as it might gives you a painful time later.
