Well we all love sweets, chocolates and others sugary food items because it enhances our taste buds but in my opinion sugar cravings are bad but it should be always in a limited quantity .increased sugar intake in your body can cause many serious health problems like diabetes , cholestorol, obesity etc .therefore it is advisable that one should not consume more than 4-5 spoons per day of sugar as it could badly effect your health, immune system and your body structure .If you want to stay fit and stay at a normal Body Mass Index , then you should keep a strong check on your sugary diet because cravings are good but you should have control over what your eating.Avoid soft drinks as they contain almost 10 spoons of sugar in one can which is very dangerous .So keep a check on your sweet cravings and stay healthy
