UNIVERCELL mobile store-BITTER Customer Experience.
I bought mobile from anna nagar branch in chennai on 29/apr/2008.
I was given 4 gift vouchers of odyssy (Rs 101), but on
inquiring at odyssy came to know that I can use it
only if I buy items of worth Rs 1000 per voucher.
so to use 4 GFs I have to buy worth of items Rs 4000.!
not sure whether univercell gets some commission from
odyssy for giving such GFs!
this is extremely ridiculous, I was told that I can
use it together when I bought the mobile at anna nagar
branch.
when I went to anna nagar branch to complain about the
concerns, I was told nobody is incharge to take
complaint.
I am extremly upset that univercell does business by
fooling customers around and not ready to take even
formal complaint and listen to customer
dissatisfaction.
It is highly embarrassing to come across such poor customer service in this highly competitive business world.
