I would like to high light the disgusting service provided by Godrej Hicare as I was unfortunate to use their services. For the Uninformed Godrej Hicare provides among other things termite and pest management services.The termite management service is absolutely useless. After signing up for their services and after subsequent pest control the termites are still there. Matter of fact the damage has now spread to even other furnitures.
Godrej Hicare is so unprofessional that they give you an appointment and do not bother to come on the appointed time. Forget coming they don't even have the courtesy to call back and inform the customers of their change in plans. Their Toll free number never works and their call center will only have one standard Answer to all Customer Complaints ''We will get back to you''. By the way they never get back.
Dont bother leaving your name and Contact number on their voce mail. Its Just a sham. Prospective customers please stay away from Godrej Hicare.
