Everyone want to look fit no one want to become an obese but we don't do any efforts to get fit
it only takes few things to follow to get rid out of from obesity.
right and clean food to eat, active lifestyle, exercise and yoga.
and we all know these things but still we find it hard to do it why?
first thing is eating right and clean food it is a challange for us
we can't stop ourself to eating delecious food or junk food.
second thing exercise! this is so boring thing to do.
working hard at gym getting sweat it is kind of labour work and we give them money to doing this.
isn't is funny?
and final thing is our bad lifestyle which is most difficult to change it takes much time change.
we love watching tv by sitting on the soffa, chatting on the laying on the bed.
going somewhere sitting in the car etc,
these things are making people obese
and they know it but they don't put efforts to get fit.
but you know what they want something that will do magic for their obesity
and they find suppliments, medicines, drugs, etc,
and these make them more worst.
and they get failed.
so what is the answer?
I would give you the simple tips even if you are lazy or obese it will work for you.
1) wake up and go to the park everyday make it part of your life like a brushing teeth and having bath.
2) never eat wrong food eat only right and rich food
3) think about your enemy and join the gym and hit dumbells like you are hitting your enemy's mouth.
4) have good amount of sleep.
Repeat these golden rules till end of our life you will never be an obese.
Hope these tips will help you to stay away from obesity.
