Nowadays obesity is one of major concern in India. Evry 1 person in 4 people is suffering from obesity. For getting rid of first we should aware of causes of obesity. In middle age peoples n oldies most of the time it is causes due to some problem like thyroid blood pressure etc. But in younger generation it is increasing at alarming rate guys reason is vry clear we eat oily unhealty food n in return dont even do tht much of physical work which is required to burn tht. Well very easy way to get rid of obesity are


1 start ur day with 1 glass of lemon water daily it boost ur metabolism n help to stay fresh all day.


2 daily eat bteakfast no matter wht u do jst take healty breakfast


3 drink atleast 8-10 glass of water in whole day.


4 whenevr u feel hungry dnt go n eat first drink half a glass or 1 glass water if it is actual hunger thn u eat food.


5 drink atleast 1 cup of grren tea in a day tht imcreases ur vitality ( nt more thn 3 @ day)


6 we r all too lazy to do excercise I knw jst in eve or whenvr u guys get time do a small walk for 10-15 mins. Whenver u r on call dont sit on one place jst walk. Its rrally help.


7 most imp stBilize ur food habits guys I knw we dnt stop eating junk food bt possibility is tht we minimize it atleast.eat it once or twice a week . N control daily food habit like if u eat 4 chapati in night stick to 2 chapati and eat plate full of salad instead of eating to more chapati. Do smaller ur plate eat colourful food so u feel more fresh n full.


Try these little little things n u guys find weight difference.
