Stop biting nails…you can bite your neighbor’s nails if you want.

Step 2

Start growing nails…I’ve always wondered, do nails grow from the base or the tip?

Step 3

Shape your nails….take your pick, make them square, sharp curved, blunt curved or straight.

Step 4

Things you should never do!

• Hard work! …Women aint meant for all that!(What do we have men for?)

  
  




• Stay away from anything that’s spine chilling, bone rattling!(Including ME!)

  
  




• Fighting! I know nails come handy, but not worth it!

  
  




• Never do anything that could disturb your nails…they too breathe n live n grow(have a hart!)

  
  




• Don’t get senti when your nails break…I know this is the most difficult part…its like losing …I dunno what …but look at the brighter side, you can grow them back!

‘Green with envy’ is what comes to your mind first? But not quite so…they are generally peacemakers(have you seen George Clooney in peacemaker? Rocks, doesn’t he? Sorry abt this incongruous remark of mine) and swear to duty

Peaceful and'don't sweat the little stuff' types

Extreme people, playful, ‘know their way around’ types

Doesn’t mean a person is chicken!, good at hiding emotions(weakness), may be professional and are generally the ‘looking for security’ types

Forensically speaking,

nails tell if the person was a male or female, how old the person was, the height and weight, the racial group to which the person belongs, what occupation the person had, whether the person was right or left-handed and can even determine if the person died violently.

The look…

Classic look

Try the French style, if your nails are long enough paint the tip white and apply a shiny translucent topcoat. Your nails would look classy and sophisticated.

You could even try the airbrushed French nails style.

Party look

Try mixing, a coat of blue first then probably a tint of gold on a part of the nail would turn it green and give a dual shade effect.

Use glow enamels, they look cool in the dark and but be prepared to handle loads of attention.

Arty look

Try them on false nails so that all the hard work wont go waste. You could try many things, like an oriental look with inscriptions in Chinese or Japanese. Or try your hand at painting floras, geometric motifs, faces et al.

Funky look

Experiment with glitters, colored stones or stone stickers. If you want the punk look, you could go for piercing or rings or even tattoos on nails

Kiddies look

Paint each nail one color. This way you could show off your collection, but make sure you get the color scheme right. The best way to try this would be when you go shopping for nail paints, you lay your hands at all the shades available in the store and end up buying nothing.

Or if you want to be less adventurous, you could try it out with two colors, the same color on alternate nails.

For the wilder lot, try more than one color on the same nail…what I do very often is paint half a nail white and the other part blue.

The perfect way to paint nails is in 3 straight strokes. To check out if your nails are dry, lick them if they taste bitter, the paint is still wet!

Anyway, well-groomed nails always leave a lasting impression.

Now, I can see some people groaning enuf is enuf! But I jus can’t help talking about something I’m passionate about.
