I agree with the other reviews here in Bangalore too that when you blindly go to any of the Modular Interiors for kitchen and wardrobes. They cheat to the max depending upon your purse size. They Please you if they figure out that you are going to fall prey or that you have a huge purse. In
Bangalore - Kelachandra Brothers, Nolte, Venetta, Cavolini, Kitchen Lube, Pogen Pol, Sarvana's Kitchens, Hafele, Varun's Kitchens, Arvind's Kitchen from Jayanagar and These types of Factory made Modular Interirors in the name of modular kitchens
The MDF they use of is of very low density and water prone and last only 2 or 3 years and cannot be re-screwed.
The Sale's reps, these ladies who work there and the so called Designers are trained to do that. If they find out that you are checking every detail, or asking more questions or going for a basic kitchen and they become uncomfortable in giving you the details since they know they will be caught they start shrugging you off or giving you the cold vibes as if they are dealing with some cheap people.
Believe me there are lot's of secrets they are using to entice you into taking their double the cost Kitchens and Wardrobes that if you take a knife and just lightly punch it in or scratch it will go in like butter cause it is all MDF low density highly advertised and neatly packaged products.
Ask them to show the MRP of the products or racks or chelves or carcass units and they start shivering cause they hike their price 200% and then give you a discount if you really haggle to say 10-12% and show you that you have won.
Every now and then you would need to repair your kitchen and you have to pay the transport and other charges which is so huge that you can replace it with a new product. all that warranty is crap for lifetime that they provide you.all a marketing gimmick specially with VENETTA, NOLTE, CAVOLINI and these type of Italian and German brands.
Their wardrobes charged at no less than than 1.3 lakhs and then 25000 for each drawer and end you with 2.5 lakh budget for a small wardrobe is not worth it cause it is all shine and no quality and you will realize that once you start to use it for some time. beware of what you spend just by seeing these SALES reps smiling at you and showing that their product is the best on earth. belive me once they leave the job and join the next Kitchen brand they will start licking you about that product being the best in the world. A 4 - 5 lakh kitchen of italian brand they would sell it easily for 12 Lakhs and still give you pathetic service and no time. They just act busy and swindle the gullible since they feel they do not have the competition yet and I would tell them just a few more months or year and they will start bending over to sell their products!
