I think if yu Google yu can get tones of answers but here I am sharing some and the most important tips
1) drink water
I know I know yu have read this everywhere and also know it's advantages
But still we become lazy in reminding ourself the benefits of water.
Yu can set alarms , not one but many! Because we people are too lazy to listen to one alarm . .
It will keep on reminding yu and with the help of this yu can drink at least several times a day ( something is better than nothing )
Always carry a water bottle with yourself.
2) Eat green veggies
Sounds boring?
But help you as much yu can't even imagine
Ok , ok.
Make your vegetables tasty by adding some mayonnaise in your raw vegetables and chilli flakes on it .
It will get tastier and joy to eat.
3) Exercise daily
It will make yu more fitter and better!
Or else go to gym and the trainer will force yu himself ??.
