Our life these days is becoming very hectic due to various reasons like work stress, travelling, personal problems and many more. But we can't forget to take care of our health. Preventing our body from various diseases is the need of the day. Various pollutions can also lead to these problems like air and water pollution. Some of the basic things we need to do to remain healthy are:




  1. Atleast 15 minutes of excercise or meditation.




  2. Having a glass of warm water immediately after getting up in the morning.




  3. Having 4-5 litres of water daily.




  4. Avoid travelling by cab/rickshaw and using elevators as and when possible.




  5. Try to avoid using computers continuously more than 4 hours or even less than that.




  6. Avoid outside junk food.




  7. 6 -7 hours of sleep is a must.




  8. Plan picnics with family and freinds to stay happy.






These are some of the tips which I consider can keep us healthy and happy. Being happy is also one of the reason to be healthy. The above things where to be done individually, but I think to be healthy and fit we should keep our sourrounding clean as well. Make sure that keeping yourself and your house clean you dont make your city a dirty place to live in. We should consider each and every place as our home so that it must be as good as our own home. Avoid throwing wastes any where other than dustbins. Keep it in your bags if there is no dustbin near buy.


While you keep yourself healthy, you should also take care of the godd gifted beauty. Now-a-days their are so many chemical cosmetics available in the market which is dangerous to oue skin. Specially girls have a habit to use all such products. They think they are improving their skin but actually they are deteriorating the quality of it. These products have their good effects for a short time period. The actual effect is seen once we stop using them. Skin becomes loose at the age of thirty itself and then it becomes compulsory to use them on a daily basis. I prefer using herbal products which don't have any side effects. Their are no chemicals in such products.


Even their are some natural products which we can use as cosmetics. Some of them are'pack of Besan and milk', 'Alovera', even different types of mud. We can also keep slices of cucumber on our eyes. These are very few things we can do.their are many such. And I advice inspite of using all those things on ur beautiful face we must use such things which keep us fresh and even healthy.
