I am running my own Internet cafe so I know very well about Internet and related threats with it. Internet is one of the biggest invention in the history of human. It has unlimited benefits with huge responsibility. Use of Internet is safe or not its become a big debate in today's time.
Acceptable that we can learn, search, teach etc from it but so many peoples using it in some other manner like they are using it for hacking, making viruses, see porn sites and some other illegal work which they are doing with the help of Internet. So it is our own responsibility to use it in positive manner. If we are providing Internet to our children, make sure it is safe or not, means weather they are using it in a right way or not.
In India now IT laws became more functional and strict so beware searching from illegal sites. Always use antivirus to protect your PC from outside threats and update it regularly.
Clean your PC's temp files on regular basis.
