I purchased Whirlpool Induction in third week of January 2014 because of the reputation of Whirlpool Brand. The top plate got burnt in a few months. I took it to service center in Agra. The center was kind enough to promptly replace the top plate. But within one month, the new replaced top also got burnt.
In the last week of January 2015, I communicated the status to the customer care center. They were very supportive and tried to help me through the service center. I was provided an estimate of Rs. 550/- for replacement as the warranty expired by a couple of days. I inquired about the warranty of paid replacement as I was concerned with repetitive burning of the top.
The warranty for paid replacement is told to be none. Given the extremely poor quality of the products, I have lost all the prestige and interest in Whirlpool Brand. I am now unlikely to buy or recommend any Whirlpool Product to any person.
I am now looking for any other sturdy and reliable induction for purchase.
This is my feeling which I wanted to share with you all.
