People usually follows Newton's first law i.e. Any body would tends to be either in rest state or uniform motion.
Why I recalled this law is most people doesn't want to change the conventional ways of doing things we have been using it or told.
about 8 months back I bought a pigeon induction cooker as I didn't had a gas connection at my home. When my mother-in-law knew about this way of cooking she immediately told that food cooked with out using fire is not healthy. Like wise she started to say so many things negatively about this new product on which they have zero knowledge.
Up on using this product I realized the ease of cooking and also the cooking time is very less . this device simply superb and I would recommend each and everyone to have one.
Rather than telling its so many pros(positives) let me say its very few cons which I personally faced.
Special flat bottom dishes are required.
Power supply
Special flat dishes, these aren't not specially designed or very new to us, these are just flat steel bottomed vessels which can be used both on fire and induction cooker. I see this as not a big con for this product. But the other one which we can never expect, depend or rely on power supply in india is a biggest con for this product. If you have uninterrupted power then its the finest way of cooking.
I didn't see any alternative to this problem as this product consumes power supply ranging from 400 Watts to 1800 Watts. The only alternative I suggest is to have a small gas stove. to it.
To conclude, this is a very good product and it makes life much easier and faster.
Its not a product for those who wants to follow only the conventional ways of doing things.
