I have been using Matrix brand cooker for the last 3 years & I was satisfied with performance . But recently I am facing some problem with cooker.As soon as I am switching on the Cooker after giving power supply, , there is an electric shock on the utensil kept on plate of cooker & surprisingly there is no shock on body of cooker. No body is aware of rectification.I want help from somebody who can give me solution for rectification at my E mail jatvvn@gmail.com. Thanks
