Hey everyone I'm back with another tips.so I'm going to share my own techniques on controling anger.so anger is a thing that can burn every happiness in your life.at first you will feel that it's making you strong but it only makes you week by hiding your inner strength.so hear my tips.
Do yoga.yoga have been the basic way of controling anger from decades or more.if you are having unnecessary anger then you should bdo yoga.go to your garden or quite place and do some techniques of like capal vati or Pranayam every day, or you should see baba Ramdev show to learn more key moves of yoga.
The next move after doing yoga is self concentration.it means you have to sit on one place while gathering all your thoughts into yourself.by doing so you will learn to get control on your mind and inmotion.you will learn to avoid what wil make you angry.
The 3rd and final step is to learn chi the life energy.so you to do concentration but while doing so you have to imagine that your taking universal energy in your body.after doing it you will feel inner peace.
