OK guys, we all have good days and then we all have'Those days'. We all have great priceless moments to be treasured and we all have those moments we wish we could forget but they stay in the back of our mind(those varments).

Is it hard? YES. can it be controlled? YES. Is it hard to control your anger?. YES. but can it be done? YES.I have lived a blessed life with many perks, however, I am no stranger to have experienced violence or scary sitsuations. We all have, I know. Some have asked me if I regret these moments or get mad at who might have helped them occur. Well, yes, naturally you are upset.

Something would be wrong or you would be deneying the truth if you weren't upset. The real truth and survival all comes from how you handle that anger or sitsuation or the anger that is brought up from that particular sitsuation.

Blessed life, yes. However, I have met'very hard times' straight in the eyes quite a few times. I have learned to take the positive approach. Instead of lowering myself to the level of the problem or blaming everyone, I tried to look up and forward. You will feel so much better about yourself if you look at it as a way to strive to keep going. To fight your way through. You don't survive by walking around the problem or hiding from it. You achieve by walking through it with the right attitude. The obstacles in my life have only made me stronger b/c I was determined to not let them get the best of me. I am not saying I never got mad or down, that will happen. But, don't stay in that realm forever. Realize that you are stronger than you feel at that moment. That second you very easily could make a decision of how to handle a sitsuation or anger that seems great at that time, but awhile later or even a few minutes later. will it still all be worth it?

I guarantee you will come out the better person by taking deep breaths, and surviving! When I say surviving, I mean with the right way to handle things and the best way possible. Anger and violence does not get the best of the other person, but will only end up getting the best of you. If you get violent, then the other person has one b/c they will know that they have gotten to you. That is what they wanted. That was their goal.

Do the best of your ability, not the best of everybody elses. Yes, you will get angry. The feeling of anger is not the bad part, acting on that anger is what brings you down. You will feel and be the better person by controlling yourself and realizing that life is not perfect. However, you are strong and you can get through anything. Have faith!

I have learned from those angered and tough sitsuations. they have made me stronger. They have taught me that life isn't always peaches'n' cream, but I can become stronger through them. It also has taught me to be even more thankful to God for all my blessings. I could go on, but I think you get the idea!

God Bless to you all & best of luck in life. And remember, when anger and the feeling of violence knock at your door. Don't unlock the latch! Just take deep, cleansing breaths and remember how much strength you really possess inside of you. Remember getting through it and in a good way is what makes you the better person/ others will see you the very same way/ This I promise. If not, they have somethings they are dealing with inside themselves!

GOD BLESS!
