My tips are my fundas:


When ever you are angry or you want to stay cool.


1) Stay away from all irritating people.


2) Watch comedy movies.


3) Log on to mouthshut.com.


4) If your review is not liked than also say thanks to the viewers.


5) Try to stress less on'what will dunia kahegi?'


6) Always give space to everyone you know.Dont let them irritate you.


7) Always be sure what all you do whether its wong or right.


8) Dont blame anybody else for your own faults.this will mess you up.


9) Sit on the terrace in evening watching birds flying to their nests.


10) Meditation can be done twice daily to relieve stress.


11) If your anxiety/depression is too much than consult a psychiatrist.


12) Try to forgive people and dont just shout for everything.


13) When the mood is soaring.take bath with a chilled water for 30 mins.Chill out!


14) List all things which maskes you aggressive on a paper and paste on the wall.


15) Avoid cold war.Discuss the matter.find a solution.


16) When ever angry dont punch walls but slap your own face.


17) Stay away from very formal friends(they are snakes.)


18) Stay away from very spicy junk food which results in negative thinking.


19) If you are hypertensive(high BP) consult a doctor for monitering.


20) Always keep writing something on mouthshut, com when free.


21) Dont watch'Aaj Tak' it will only make yoy sad.watch'Indian laughter challange'.


22) When very angry.stay away from expensive kitchen ware.:-)


23) Every coin has two sides.let the other person clear away your doubts/suspects.


24) Avoid clenching of teeth and tightening of punches.take deep breaths for 2 mins.


IT TOOK ME 30 MINUTES TO REMEMBER AND TYPE ALL THESE FUNDAS.i MIGHT BE WRONG IN SOME POINTS BUT ATLEAST I TRIED.I AM:-)
