We know this is a very difficult time during COVID 19 situation. We all have to stay in home for the better protection of family and others. But during this lockdown many startup and jobs were lost. WHO should take care of these things, they should have told the people before it spread widely but don't what were they doing.
Well don't worry many medical firms are trying to make vaccine and most of them reached to the third level. So it's a great news we soon will be start the things again that paused before March.
Till then everyone should follow these step to protect himself or herself.
- BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
Have highly protein diet so that the immune system would be able to fight the Carona virus. It stop the corona spikes to enter in the bronkie cells which are available in respiration system.
- DO EXERCISES AND MEDITATION
Well everyone should do this daily but during the COVID 19 period it helps the people to boost their immune system.
- STAY AT HOME
Stay at home and keem 1 meter distance with family too and wash or senetize your hand within 30 minutes.
- DO ONLINE COURSE
If you are a learner then take a benefit given by the many universities, offering many online courses for free. You can add in your resume and make it attractive to the Hr. Or may be it helps you to find a new job in your career.
