Now a days we still fail to achieve disease free life. Workout at least 45 minutes 3 days in a week it is important as other essential activity of your life. Cut off your interaction before bedtime. Avoid drinking or smoking. Regular medical check up. Say yes to breakfast. Don't sit for too time. Maintain hygiene. Reduce stress and depression. Meditation is the key to reduce stress and depression. Take balance diet and 2 to 3 litre water everyday. 1 to 2 glass water first in morning just after got up. Say no to junk foods and cold drinks these items dose of poison for living beings.
