Hi Friends,
I see many people complaining about the company. While online forums are open places to complaint, the purpose should not be diluted with fake reviews. I saw the ones which says positive are labeled as fake. At the same time company has made no effort to answer the dissatisfied customers. This makes me to think that company is more concerned on managing it's reputation rather than resolving consumer queries. I feel taking a health card in this company won't be safe. Please advice.
