I saw some tips here about diet and I must say that's very useful.l am also diet conscious so I am going to share my diet by that I try to make my body balanced.
First thing in the morning is 2 glass of warm water with honey and lemon.
Then I used to drink vegetable juice but it depend on my mood because if you drink all day same think then you will bored just after some days.
I love my breakfast just after half n hour of my juice. And I love Indian breakfast like poha.upma.paratha with coffee.
4 . Its lunch time here one chapati and one bowl yogurt or buttermilk with sabji.
Green tea with some snack
Early dinner with light food.
And after that if I feel hungry then I drink milk.
This is my almost diet which I shared, this is just for maintaining my body.
