As all the peoples love to eat the food.
They like to eat the food like bakery food, gung foods etc frist of all we must stop eating that food items which are on road side food and oli items
We guys must follow a perticular diet plan by the consult of doctor
We must eat more fruits when we ar in diet
Thise will ballance our body
Regular work out must be there
We must sweat a lot and louse our fat of our body
Becoming fat is also not good for body
