Planning meal is quite hard lemme do it for you easy and very fascinating.We all want a healthy balanced diet plan but planning meal is very difficult we are all confused about how to follow a healthy balanced diet.We should all start our metabolism by including PROTEIN at breakfast choose from eggs salmon or dairy because we burn more calories digesting protein rather than a zinger burger so by eating PROTEIN BREAKFAST it keeps you fuller for the longer and then we can take fewer calories
Drink plenty of water.atleast 6-8 glass
satisfay the need for energy by eating fruits.or dried fruits salted nut or seeds will provide protein
Slowly reduce sugar in your diet
Avoid sugary drinks
Avoid packaged food
Eat healthier snacks.check labels and choose low-sugar product
Bulk up on fiber use high dietary fiber it can help you stay regular and lower risk of heart diseases and lose your weight
Reduce salt intake
Get active 150 minutes exercise a week
Eat atleast 5 portions of vegetables a day
A BALANCED DIET CAN LOWER THE RISK OF DISEASE
And illness taking good meal and exercise will help maintain a healthy life style
