Now days health care is a mager problem for everyone into people facing problem of health someone thought that they are very fat and some one thought they are very slim.
Its depand on your diets what u take.
If you want to be a good healt you have change your diet schedule.
In morning you should take a heavy breakfast like oats and fruits or cornflax plz dont take oily food at morning
At 12: 30 to 1.00pm
You should take lunch and drinking watwr after 1 hour of taking lunch.
At 4 pm you should take snakes
Like tea biscute
At 6: 30 to 7: 00pm
You should take dinner.
At 9: 00 pm you solud take milk
Itsss a proper diet chart
