When you’re hungry the first thing comes to your mind is frankey, Burgers, vada pav. Fast food is very cheap, tasty, best of all and convenient.
The truth is that it’s extremely difficult to follow a healthy diet when you’re eating regularly at fast food restaurants. Fast food is typically high in fats and calories. And it also tends to be low in nutrients and almost totally lacking in fruits, vegetables, and fiber.
If you eat fast food regularly, the effects on your health can be disastrous.
There are many negative effects of fast food on health.
It impairs digestion
Fast food may lead to depression in teenagers

it’s also loaded with calories, sodium, and fat—often enough in one meal for an entire day.
That doesn’t mean you have to avoid fast food entirely.
It’s OK to indulge a craving every once in a while, but to stay healthy you can’t make it a regular habit.
I would suggest that avoid fast food as much as u can which for your good health and you can try many other dishes which are very tasty and nutritious like idli, lassi etc.
